- General Check-in / Check-out Policy is as per below
a. Check-in time is 12 noon and check-out time is 10:00 am
b. Subject to availability, early check-in and late check-out will be considered. Charges as applicable
- Certain privileged booking rates or special offers are not eligible for cancellation, refund or any change. Hotel shall not be liable to cancel or refund any monies or alter any bookings if booking are made under such privileged booking rates or special offers.
- Children up-to 2 Years of age can stay. Additional charges may be applicable for children between 3 and 9 years. Above 9 years will be charged as per extra adult rate.
- PROOF OF IDENTITY:- As per the Government of India's security regulations, it is Mandatory for all guests to show an valid IDENTITY PROOF at the time of Check-in. Indian Nationals can present any of the following Photo Id's: Passport, Driving License, Voter ID Card, Pan Card. Foreign Nationals are required to present their passport and valid visa.
- Payments Policy: 100 % payments to be made in advance at the time of reservation.

1. In case of a govt. lockdown for any reason whatsoever, your full deposit amount would be refunded to you.
2. If you are not able to use the reservation for any other reason, the following apply.
3. Prior to 7 days of check-in date, no cancellation charges will be levied and the entire amount can be reused via a credit note on any other date of your choice.
4. 7 days to 3 days prior to check-in date, a cancellation charge of 10 % of total booking amount will be charged and the balance refunded via a credit note to be used on any other date of your choice.
5. Within 3 days to 1 day prior to check-in date, 30 % of total booking amount will be deducted, for the balance amount you will get a Credit note Valid for 6 months, to be used at your convenience.
6. In case of no show with no communication about cancellation, 100% cancellation will be charged.
7. In case of dates changed, existing booking needs to be cancelled 3 days prior to arrival date. Reservation of rooms on new dates of your choice will be subject to availability / applicable rates on those days of your choice would apply.
